Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide the highest quality services to our clients, and we hope you are completely satisfied with your experience. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the services provided, we invite you to review our refund policy carefully.

By engaging Be Personal Brand for services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following refund and cancellation policies:

Design & Web Development

Our design and web development projects require significant resources, time, and internal expenses. Therefore, once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. In the event that a project is canceled, delayed, or postponed by the client, Be Personal Brand will retain all amounts paid, and if applicable, additional charges will apply for any work completed beyond the scope of the initial payment. No exceptions will be made.

This applies to all of our services, including but not limited to:

  • Logo Design
  • Branding
  • Web Design
  • UI/UX Design
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Internet Marketing

Payments for these services are non-refundable, even if paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, no refunds will be issued.

Setup Fees

Setup fees are directly applied to cover expenses incurred by Be Personal Brand in the initial phase of any design, development, or internet marketing project. These fees are non-refundable.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated by the client through a bank or credit card company, all services and/or projects will be suspended. In such cases, any work completed may be undone (reversed) without notice. Additionally, the client will be charged for any chargeback fees.

All outstanding balances resulting from chargebacks must be paid in full before we restore service, deliver any files, or continue work. Be Personal Brand reserves the right to pursue legal action for chargebacks, as requesting a chargeback or opening a dispute for a valid charge is considered fraud. We will challenge all disputes with sufficient evidence from our records.

Website Hosting

Account Suspension

If a hosting payment is 15 days past due, the account will be suspended. Hosting fees paid in advance for up to 12 months will be refunded for any months not yet elapsed if the account is canceled before the expiration date.

Be Personal Brand reserves the right to disable or terminate a client’s account, services, or contract if the client is found to be in violation of our terms and policies. Termination due to policy violations will not result in a refund.

General Terms

  • Service Agreement: By hiring Be Personal Brand for any services, you are bound by the above agreement and agree to respect and follow our policies.

  • Non-Refundable Services: All payments for services rendered, including design, development, hosting, and marketing, are non-refundable.

  • Payment Disputes: Any chargebacks or disputes initiated by clients will result in suspension of services and may lead to legal action.

  • Chargebacks: Requesting a chargeback or filing a dispute for a valid charge is fraudulent. All disputes will be contested legally.
